This movie is my go-to feel good film. It’s the story of a lovely dream, one of buying a home filled to the brim with character and some dysfunction, and restoring it to its’ original beauty. It’s a visually beautiful film, with great interior shots that transport me to my favourite country, and evoke so many different feelings (including the sadness in her temporary apartment after her divorce).
